I'm guessing not. Myrtle seems to be fond of Cordelia. I'm guessing there's a 3rd party at work. When Fiona was high a man said to her that "she may as well been the one to throw the acid". I figured it was just guilt of not being there for her daughter but it could be someone seeking vengeance on Fiona or something.
