I love MC so so much.Her catalog is so diverse,and she has dabbled into just about everything, and that's why I don't understand how some people say Insert artist_______ has a more diverse or better catalog.I know that to everyone Mariah isn't the best artist in the world(she should be tho ),but I cringe when I see her getting compared to certain artist that shouldn't be nowhere near her spectre.

MIMi's Musicianship is unlike any other, including current artist of this generation or even the last.They can't live up to her standards. Lyrically, melodically vocally or creativity wise...she is the embodiment of MUSIC,and she says all the time that it is her life.

So I never complain about whats she puts out, because you have to have a different take on every era,every song. I'm not here for the whole this is a "rehash" of this that and the other.I adore all her albums etc.. because no other artist can do what she does for me lyrically or vocally. Like all the Lambs hating hard on Triumphant,I was like kill dat shyt yo.It's obviously just an advance single,and for Mariah going through so much and it having a special place in her heart...some of yall(ALOT of YALL) were just rabid about the situation.

I know it's kinda of a random tangent,Just saying....

Now don't get me wrong I'm not a kiss up, and I'm not always a 100% happy with everything she chooses to do(singles,promotion etc)

Though I'm not gon lie....When we have games like rate these albums or singles for Mariah,I have a hard time choosing..so sometimes I wont play at all

WE all should know by now that apparently MC has some more music on the way,so far an uptempo has been confirmed( yes a REAL uptempo)

and then there's the ballad....

Now regarding the ballad..Not trying to jinx it, because I know ballads and MC go together like bread and butter.....but when she performs live..she better bring it. People who've heard it so far said that she singing her ass off.

I haven't given up on MCC, andnever will; though we know that even if on the outside she looks to be 20 something,she's really 40 something(which isn't old)..but her voice may be changing ,yet again. For some odd reason though I've been thinking about her nods lately too,I know they flare up and they cause her hoarseness and what not.
Sometimes I ponder on her having surgery,but then I don't wanna think about it too much, becuse I constantly think "Julie Andrews"

and the thought of her loosing her precious whistle register.. kills me

I want another "brightly" colored era...

TEOM theme was very dark and but mature and classy
E=MC2 was basically dark too,but It had it's "fun moments"(Pink yet Lavender)
Memoirs was a walk down memory lane with some re shoots( She wore too much damn black that era )

I mean no shade toward other artist at all, because as Mariah would say " We love everybody",and we do...but I'm not here for record Labels milking the hell out of MC,and I respect that Mariah takes time and puts thought into her craft before just throwing it out there( with the exception of Memoirs)

Also people don't realize how big it is,and how much more taxing it is creativity wise when you written your own stuff and co produce,where as ______ artist has others doing it ALL for them basically...They just have to go out their perform and look good.

It's so much more to it when you work behind the scenes and you're giving YOUR all. That's another reason I respect MiMi,I love her work ethic.She's such a well rounded artist.
