For me, it'd begin with a video featuring some words from Ellen, Aretha, Sia, Britney, Linda Perry etc. Then go into a medley performance;

Demi Lovato - Genie In A Bottle/What a Girl Wants Adam Lambert - Dirrty
Kelly Clarkson - Fighter
All - Beautiful
...ending with Justin Timberlake and Cher presenting her with the award.
