The estimation of Roar is so wrong, it sold way more than 19k last week.

As expected, Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" remains at #1 on Catalog this week and moves up to #22 on the Billboard 200. But R&B star Missy Elliott, whose heyday on the charts was the early part of last decade and who was featured on three of her own songs in the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show, reaches the Billboard 200 with three different albums, each featuring one of those songs. All three albums were top three hits at their original release. Two albums, "Under Construction" (containing "Work It") and "Miss E… So Addictive" (with "Get Ur Freak On"), return to the top 40, while "The Cookbook" (featuring "Lose Control") is a bit further back at #66.
Elliott becomes the first artist to get three Catalog albums into the overall top 100 following a Super Bowl appearance… and she wasn't even the headliner. Album equivalent sales account for most of the surge, as "Under Construction" is the only one of these albums to reach the Catalog chart proper, and that only at #45. This is the biggest difference yet between equivalent sales for Catalog albums as charted on the Billboard 200, and raw sales as still represented on the Catalog chart. Had Elliott released a greatest hits album, it alone would have collected all the equivalent sales.
For her part, Katy Perry is the first artist to place two albums in the Catalog top 10 following a Super Bowl appearance since 2008, when Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers reached #1 with "Greatest Hits" and #6 with "Anthology: Through The Years".
Not much luck, though, for Lenny Kravitz, who doesn't return to the charts with any albums this week. He was also in the show, but was featured on only one song, and it was Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl".

Streaming
Two songs post stream totals over ten million this week, with Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” holding at No. 1 on the Weekly Combined Stream Playlist with 17.9 million streams. Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” remains at No. 2 with 12 million streams. Hozier and O.T. Genasis also hold their positions from last week, at No. 3 and No. 4 respectively. Maroon 5’s “Sugar” jumps 8-5.
Other big movers include Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot Boy” 44-14, Ellie Goulding’s “Love Me Like You Do” 29-16, Heartland’s “I Loved Her First” entering at No. 24, The Weeknd’s “Earned It” 38-27, Katy Perry’s “Roar” 47-32, Rihanna, Kanye West & Paul McCartney’s “FourFiveSeconds” coming in at No. 35, Chris Brown & Tyga’s “Ayo” 94-42 and Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” 74-46.

Does this mean she should've been in the 50's on Hot 100?

You were right about Prism standard edition being $6.99! All her other albums were $5.99 though!
The discounts were mentioned in the iTunes discussion thread here on atrl. They were also summarised at the time here
http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=256726
Missy Elliot also discounted her singles on iTunes for the Super Bowl.

I'd love to know how many singles she's sold in the U.S. including all album tracks/ringtones/etc. Must be a massive amount (Not that it isn't already).

This isn't including Peacock, Starstrukk, Birthday, This Is How We Do, Walking On Air, etc
She's around 75M-80M records sold in the US

This Is How We Do approaching 600k. Probably won't ever get the chance to scan platinum, but still not so bad for a "flop" fifth single. How much did Birthday sell?

Remember she will get a boost for one more week with the Grammy's. After that there will be a slow drop back to her former sales rate.
