I think what Nicole means is that HIAM is a track that sounds like a young 20 year old would make. Just thinking of her last singles(If U Seek Amy, 3, Hold It Against Me) dont make me think shes evolved as an artist. She released more meaningful and less mediocre/generic singles when she was younger than she does now.

britney has a very diverse discography
