May I add my two cents. The games section isn't that popular and you see the same ol members signing up for every game, don't say I'm lying cause it's true. In order to get new people in her, others have to PM people to come check out this game and be a part. Those members may not be used to the Games section so they require a few reminders to check back before they gain a rhythm.
What does that have to do with what you said? I'm glad you asked. Even though you may be in here more often than those who tried out but didn't make it, to be fair for everyone, those who were eliminated deserve first choice if someone were to replace Kitt. Some of those people may not be Games section regulars, so they aren't checking the thread everytime like you and the cast do.
This situation kind of reminds me of Cycle 8 of ANTM when DripDrip got banned and I was looking for a replacement. Hugamari was always there, checking the thread, communicating with others, but at least he originally signed up which made things fair for him to replace Jeremy.
You did offer to send in your application so the judges could review it, but that still wouldn't be fair. Now the judges have this pressure confound of many people saying "Let Scene in, let Scene in!" while you're application and could easily persuade them. Then you'd be let in on different terms than those who made it in via the judging process with many other hopefuls. Plus the game has already started and judges are deliberating to figure out the paymaster and such. If you were to have gotten in, you'd probably enter after this round meaning you'd not only replace Kitt but the next person eliminated.
