Can't believe there was ever a time when I didn't like leg day. It slays >>>> mainly since I've put on so much weight since going hard on legs, weighed in at 170 today (granted I just finished gorging myself on food, so probably between 165 and 170 naturally)
I've ****ed up my knee at work. I skipped leg day last week and I'll probably skip it again this week too because they're still really stiff. I can't even stretch it without it feeling really uncomfortable. Is there anyway that I can speed up the recovery progress? I can't take time off work because it's mandatory for me to complete a number of hours a day and I am walking non stop for 12.5 hours.

Those bitches can EAT, so theirs constantly food and sweets in our office. I enjoyed myself too much yesterday with some BBQ our company had catered to us. I need to stop tho cuz I still wanna lose a solid 15 lbs.
I think I've plateaued at home workouts and fitness classes. I have my own workout that I do when the classes aren't for me, but should I keep on doing this and just increase the weights since it's a good way to keep me focused and not get sidetracked, or should I try something new.
