I want them to wait like two more weeks. And then they can send the song to the radios in the US and the rest of the world but we aren't even sure if it's the official second single.

Nope.

It'll be LOOH killin' WIWYM chances. One of my favourite tracks on Rih's TTT album is You Da One. It underperformed..... well let's be honest. FLOPPED badly cuz they sent it to radio when We Found Love hasn't even peaked yet. Did LOOH peak? No... It's still far ahead in airplay, TOP 5 @ itunes, and will have most likely ~1M streams.

THEY NEED TO WAIT.

His label did no wrong so far and we shouldn't complain that LOOH has that longevity.

^I'm not talking about the USA though. I'm thinking places w/faster-moving music markets, like Europe, New Zealand, Asia. Etc. 'Locked...' already peaked in those places. A long time ago.
He needs to keep the momentum going.

They can release the second single in New Zealand because I don't think they have released When I was your man there yet. And next week locked out of heaven will pass 4M points on Mediatraffic and I believe it has a great chance to reach 6M points or even more.

Well, that's an idea... But I always prefer releasing singles in US + WW at the same time. Otherwise it can be a mess in the end. If it smashes WW now... They may... Well... our lovable dork Bruno... may release the WIWYM video @ twitter. If it really is meant to be a single the MV is supposed to help it in sales, right? If it's gonna be 'old' it's impact might be minimal in the US. The last thing I want is WIWYM ending up as an EUROPEAN single. He's material is good enough to sell well WW simultaneously. Besides, UJ already sold 795k outside US within 3 weeks. We need to be patient.

LooH only did moderately well in some of his biggest markets like Germany,Netherlands. Etc. Yes, it went Top 10 in both countries, but...

You're right but at the same time he's doing better in other countries like France for example with the album and locked out of heaven, he can't smash everywhere, anyway I think his second single will be announced next week.
