They think she's a good performer with a fake persona, that is bias. The worst reviews spend more time on her persona and the last album than joanne. So yeah there is bias, her haters didn't magically become fans because she did a few good performances.
Monsters don't understand why reviews are bad. Basically they say that person she is doesn't connect with her music. Wearing rock clothes doesn't make u a rocker. She thinks she can define her music by clothes. That's the reason they compare her to Glee

Hmm, I don't really see "mixed" reviews as bad honestly But I do think it'll be harder for her to garner critical acclaim because people are more likely to judge her persona, rather than her music. There's nothing really controversial going on around her. She'd really have to blow the people away in order for them to judge the music fairly. I don't think the album is anywhere near being bad. Honestly I'd say it's a great album, but I can see why some would be hesitant to really divulge themselves into it, especially if they have the mindset that she is a dance pop artist trying to make middle of the road music for the sake of repairing her image and shedding her former self.
I had very positive attitude to Joanne and I was going to buy the album. But LMs are destroying the good energy I've had and idk if I want to buy it anymore. You're really destroying the joy of music. If u weren't like that all the time you would've gotten more positive responses. U should just take it that GP is not there for album. But u act delulu and negatively defensive.
