I just believe (I'm religious/kinda ) that God made us, and he made them.

I don't believe that we were created by another species/life form.

I personally think that ET is definitely possible considering the mind numbing size of the Universe. Though, I believe that at times it's misrepresented. I mean, even if there are aliens it doesn't necessarily mean that there is intelligent life (on our level, or superior), or that life elsewhere exist outside of plantation form. but I don't deny the possibility.

I find it amusing, though, that intelligent ET life is often represented with human like features, face/body structure. I mean, the human body structure has been adapted to the conditions on Earth, and I doubt that the same mutations would happen on other planets, even with similar conditions.

I honestly think the government already has and I do believe that they know something we don't but are not going to share because they don't want the world to go into a panic.

There was an incident in 1938 where a radio station played a skit where they had actors performing an adaptation of War Of The Worlds over the radio. They were talking about how aliens had just lande on earth and it sounded like a real news report. People who tuned in after they had already said that it was JUST a skit and not real started panicking and apparently people were committing suicide and getting ready for war and ****.

Now we know how the world would react if news of an alien invasion ever got out or even just news that the government is for a fact hiding something from us.

I have mixed feelings about this.
I think it'd be very interesting / beneficial to us if we did contact them and take a look at their technology but then again, if they haven't "bugged" us, then doesn't that say something? Shouldn't we leave them alone?

Yea i think people are always lead to think that ETs are out level or must look like some humanoid thing when infact it could be a simple bacteria. However isn't scary to think that if an ET came in bacteria form it could be deadly? Like a parasite

I've heard a lot of stories about Extra terrestrials influence on the ancient world.

There was a really interesting story that many interpret as aliens visiting Ancient China and perhaps giving them some intelligence. You know ancient chinese legends of dragons? Flying fire-breathing creatures. Theres an ancient Chinese legend telling the story of someone arriving in a dragon (perhaps a flying spaceship, that would explain the firebreathing) and he became the emperor before leaving.
There are also stories of the origins of flying carpets in India having ET origins, Egypt of course has been subject to such speculation, along with North and South America.
