Depends on different perspectives:
If seeing it as a whole project, then 1989>RED,
If focusing on SOME songs, then RED>1989, ALL TOO WELL, TROUBLE, BEGIN AGAIN are really high.

I love how there are resolutions in her songs. I also love how the beginning of White Horse is her explaining her disbelief and shock over this cheater, but by the end of the song, she's moved on to better things.
The songwriting isn't even that complex but it's so well though out.
Have been listening to George Strait for nearly a week NOW, felt so bad that I started repeatedly listening to his album too late, now her retired. After (before) I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU, DRINKIN' MAN is really drug. I hope Taylor writes at least one country song on LP6.
2016 will be very special: Would you like to see Taylor (Alison) marry Calvin (Adam)? Or/and would you like to see her release some thing for the 10th year? Like a new single outside of 1989? Edit: I'm here for a country collaboration.

It's bitter-sweet, you have to be prepared well to defend her, sometimes you even don't understand why people drag her for no reason.
But comparing with 2013, 2015 is like heaven.
