You could barely beat up your own child here cause kids KNOW their rights and abuse them, if necessary. A little slap and they would call the youth welfare office/police. The snag to it is that they allow you to leave home anyway, even if your assertion was completely made up, they won't forbid you a (temporary) stay in a protectory.
