Her arc for the past 6 seasons:
Lost in exotic lands, about to be taken hostage, she somehow defies all odds and slays her captors with the help of the gods. She then whips up an army of darker skinned people, takes a city and rules it sloppily, then continues on her merry way. Really in a pinch this time? No worries, just call on the trusty dragons to swoop in and save the day.
If that ain't a Mary Sue, then...

I'm half way through season six and her entire character arc is just recycled plots from past seasons. Cersei does despicable things, but at least she isn't a Mary Sue, white savior, one dimensional, and a bore.

You're right about Dany, but wrong about Cersei.
From wikipedia: "A Mary Sue is an idealized and seemingly perfect fictional character, a young or low-rank person who saves the day through unrealistic abilities. Often this character is recognized as an author insert or wish-fulfillment."
From TV Trope: "The prototypical Mary Sue is an original female character in a fanfic who obviously serves as an idealized version of the author, mainly for the purpose of Wish Fulfillment. She's exotically beautiful, often having unusual hair or eye color, and has a similarly cool or exotic name. She's exceptionally talented in an implausibly wide variety of areas, and may possess skills that are rare or nonexistent in the canon setting. [...] She has an usual and dramatic Back Story. The canon protagonists are all overwhelmed with admiration for her beauty, wit, courage and other virtues, and are quick to adopt her as one of their True Companions, even characters who are usually antisocial and untrusting; if any character doesn't love her, that character gets an extremely unsympathetic portrayal."
^ Obviously there are slight holes as the terminology originates with fanfics, but all of that suits Daenerys to a T
___
Cersei isn't a Mary Sue by conventional standards, but using the criteria you described (basically just having excessive plot armor), she is certainly as guilty of that as Dany. Every other character in the series gets punished for and ultimately killed for their mistakes, while Cersei has made twice the mistakes anyone else has and consistently has plot strings pulled to help her survive. Dany (#1), Cersei and Jon are the trinity, but at least it's somewhat excusable in Jon's case since it happened only once + it's clear the story is about him, so I guess he gets a little more leeway.

Game of Thrones is definitely highkey racist with colonialization and subjugation of people of color being glorified and also their portrayal of non white people as savages Why aren't there any POC as main characters either And don't tell me it's because it's too hard to believe or that the people have to be white, it's literally fantasy television make something up

Well the show is set in medieval times and in a place where ignorance and intolerance are very common. It's sorta realistic tbh.
Besides, not all non-white GoT are bad.

Maisie Williams said that she was SHOOK when she read her S7 script.
Not literally though, she said "nothing will prepare you".

Things are building up for her comeuppance tho. You could also argue that the walk of shame and the death of her children are retribution for her actions.

Well it has so many parallels with real world history so
And you're forgetting the heavily featured savagery of the Wildlings who are most definitely white.

No tea no shade, but I feel like this is something they all say every season like even Sam and his little house on the prairie story line
like I'm sure its true, but even if it wasn't they would probably still say this

uhm don't make me think about it. Only the thoughts of it ending is depressing af. Actually even waiting for next Summer is depressing, in fact I'm trying to stay away from everything GOT related.
I raed Kit said that before an eventual good end, things will probably get worse, a very dark moment will arrive. Sansa vs Kit and Sansa dying, we already know. What's more?

Well it's just 7 episodes and it's close to the ending, of course big things are coming.

Danny's dragons dying could be sad, also ghost. they have been such an iconic part of the show.

any time people want to call something problematic they say that it "glorifies" something negative that it shows
- showing a rape scene does not automatically equal "glorifying rape"
- showing slavery does not automatically mean that the show "glorifies slavery"
