It's really not picked up on radio. It's not even a rolling effect. I got a response e-mail from the big post station here when I request Criminal and the e-mail said "That's the first request for Criminal! Can't wait to play it."

Even though I want it to flop because I think it's a terrible single choice, the fan in me wants it to do well. I've been voting on at least the top 50 pop stations every day. Nothing is helping.

There's only one word that can fix all of this. PROMO.

There's really no other option. It's not like people hate the song, ALL of my friends who have heard Criminal have loved it. I believe not a lot of people know about it yet, and Britney/RCA need to do something to get the song more out there.

If they don't do something it will like have a lackluster performance.

Whether or not criminal flops, i still think it was a great single choice. We got an AMAZING video out of it and better a risky single choice flop then have another generic single. I just couldn't take another one tbh.
