Miss Mann is a supporting character in Scary Movie. She is the gym teacher at B.A. Corpse High School where she stops Buffy Gilmore and several other girls who are making fun of Cindy Campbell about phone calls being received from the killer, and gives them very unusual safety tips. Cindy then tries to get her advice about a terrible secret, and during this conversation it is implied that Miss Mann is a hermaphrodite as Cindy witnesses her testicles dropping out from under her skirt, leaving Cindy screaming when Miss Mann's testicles accidentally touch her arm.
It is also likely that Miss Mann could possibly be lesbian/bisexual and sexually attracted to her female students as she is seen sniffing a pair of panties when Cindy comes in, and even tells her to take off her bra if she would like.
