Ollie's an idiot. It's not that difficult to like post pictures of her in the studio, or like post a picture of her window or something to keep fans updated. Nicole doesn't have a large fanbase to rely on, and the small fanbase she has are barely clinging on right now. Especially Nicole's fans outside of the UK, none of us has had any activity since the PCD era and rely on the internet for her activities. For example, Nicole hasn't been in my country since like Doll Domination but I follow her closely on-line via Instagram and her random articles on British tabloids.

I don't think they really care. Their job is to make money off Nicole and she get some checks from her stupid variety shows so they stick to that. They don't even bother with aggressive plans. I wish she had a manager like Beyonce's father when she was in PCD. Things would be a lot different.

She should record some soulful songs with full chest voice and the beautiful higher notes () and not layer her vocals so much.
She was great. I honestly think she did a much better job than practically every other pop singer who's tried it.
GOD, i think any one of us would make such a great manager for her instead of the one's she has.
How come we can think of SOO many things and her managers can't?
I swear, if i had the connections, i would find her, make her sit down and LISTEN to me. I might not have the connections, i might not have the power, but i would make it my life's goal to take this woman to the TOP, exactly where she deserves to be.
She needs people that know her worth, that know her capabilities. Not people who are only using her and working for her for a monthly pay check.
I was just watching Nicole's Don't Cry for Me Argentina and stumbled across these comments

Woah, woah, woah!!! Where did this come from???... and how sad we in the US have not given her her full dues! I had no idea she could sing like this... but considering our airwaves are pummeled by half-assed pop... it's not surprising. But man, did she ever SLAY THAT SONG! I'll never see her the same again. In the best of ways. That's not an easy song to carry throughout. But she kicked it in the teeth! Well done.

damn she is so good. here in the US we've never been able to hear her this way.
This is EXACTLY what we're talking about. This is why she needs Cats.
I hate comments like those. Nicole's vocals are excellent in PCD's songs too. Just because a song isn't some slow ballad or is sex-related doesn't mean the singer is lacking in the vocal department. It's sad how perception really rules over reality and a sexy woman is always perceived as lower.

True, but some people aren't into that. Someone who's not interested in listening to a PCD song isn't going to know about Nicole's vocal abilities. And let's not act like any of the successful PCD singles have great vocals, besides I Hate This Part.
She never really gave a BIG vocal performance in the US, like she did in the UK. That's why UK appreciates her talent more. It's because they've been given the chance to acknowledge her voice.

Everyone has heard PCD songs. The problem no one associates vocals with songs like "Don't Cha." And sure, most of them aren't amazing, groundbreaking vocals, but they definitely required a capable singer. They're not talk-sing songs from Bieber, Britney or J.Lo.
Actually, a lot of the UK GP called her "Shitsinger" on Twitter so I doubt the public acknowledges her talent, but I'm sure it's better than there it is in the UK. She really needs a big platform to display her vocals. I wish she did the Sound of Music tribute last year at the Oscars instead of Gaga. She would have done it so much better, but of course it would have never happened.
I think Nicole also suffered from the pop climate of the last 20 years, alongside bad management and health issues, why most people don't consider her a credible or outstanding vocalist. Most people are so used to less talented but sexy women being pushed to the front that probably a lot of people expect every woman to be like that. It didn't help that people like JLO got ' exposed' for having other people to sing her choruses and have people like Britney who lip their performances.
PCD mainly just had typical pop formula songs, the vocals were good, but they had nothing beside maybe IHTP that actually could show that she could blew most of her peers out of the water. And when she finally thought it was her time to shine during HNIN, she suffered so heavily from her bulimia that most of the Baby Love promotional performances had tragic vocals or notes that either failed or sounded very rough and also during the DD era she had moments that she sounded very rough. Imagine if Nicole would release a song like Save Me From Myself with her current vocal state, but then in 2007, she easily would get standing ovations, while still serving music that fitted in that era of time.
I was just listening to Trust Me I Lie from Killer Love.
That song could have been a MONSTER with a different production. The 'house' beat feels so out of place and it doesn't really go with Nicole's killer vocals. It should have been a mid-tempo r&b ballad with a nice bass line.

She was never "exposed." It was so obvious from the first single. I can't believe ATRL acts like it was some big secret. Besides, even capable singers like Toni Braxton did that back in the '90s. The public doesn't actually care either.

Right There and Your Love actually showcase some of her vocals, she belts at the bridge in both songs which are quite difficult. Try With Me is also difficult to sing but Nicole makes it look easy. Baby Love is also difficult to sing, especially when Nicole belts in the bridge with that falsetto (I'm not a vocal expert, but I think she also does the whistle register on it?). People just don't notice her vocals in a lot of her songs, for some odd reason. My goodness in fact a lot of Nicole's songs are vocally extensive, those songs in Big Fat Lie and Killer Love are not easy to sing, I haven't seen anyone comment on her vocals in those songs.

Yeah, talk about bad luck.
That is why I put it between ", since I remember magazines here using it like some big revealing

For me it always fitted I adore that song, but she has more songs that have a production that also leans to a more R&B approach, like Say Yes
I know it won't never happen, but her team should be more smart and give her a little chance with a some big act in music industry. Just one good collaboration. Its that really hard?

I don't really need a huge collabo at this point, but I wish she would work with some of the people who she consider friends. I mean when are we getting a PrincexNicole collabo?
