My Step-Grandmother is an amazing tattoo artist (she was offered to do a show like Miami Ink but declined), she is giving me a free tattoo for my birthday and she specialises in dealing with people with clotting disorders and I have a serious one so I wouldn't go anywhere else

You can get numbing cream and stuff though. If you are really sure you want it, I'd say go for it, it would totally be worth it. Take your ipod and blast music through the pain

I'm thinking she just appears at the end of MATM as Madonna on Brittany, instead of Santana as Madonna..then they'll wake up. Either way, will be great.
