If I'm understanding the situation correctly, everyone is just upset about the fact that it's being brought to attention and that Audrey is using it as a crutch in one of her schemes to take down Dae. She's lying about Dae insinuating that Becky made racist comments, when it was actually Jason and it was prevalent to a completely different situation.

I think Becky made a comment about Day. Something about sweating a lot. Jason & Audrey heard it. Jason said the comment was inappropriate. But Audrey is crazy and made her own conclusion that it's a racial slur and spread it around the house.
