However, each NA city will have two nights. One for massive tour, then one for a small 2000+ venue. The small show will be an intimate night of acoustic & jazz Gaga. This will be called "The Monster Ball 3.0". Larger dates: Born This Way Ball.

The small shows would be oversold/too easy for people to sneak into, and thus, chaos to break out.
