We live in a time where buzz, viral stuff and marketing tricks are ruling what is #1 and what underperforms. We are talking about someone who has not majorly announced her comeback and who has to win over the new generation of teens. It isn't weird she isn't top 10 yet, since she has done nothing yet to push it up yet. No promo, no big announcement etc.
