Not saying it wasn't bigger, but "Yeah!" came out in December, which is the beginning of Billboard's calendar year, so it had twelve months to rack up points and earn the year-end #1 spot. "SexyBack" was released in July, giving it less than half the time. It still spent seven weeks atop the Hot 100, which is impressive regardless.

Until the last few voters the top 5 was so interchangeable. So that was interesting but I'm glad CMAR come out on top out of the five.
