Buy it from that Swedish store, I bought it there (300 copies with signed picture, which is this, still available). It's quite cheap and free shipping worldwide for this CD! 
The signed bundle from her official store, with the signed poster, still hasn't arrived.

Yeah, right? With no shipping costs, it's quite cheap, no matter if you're from Europe/USA or wherever. For me, it costs me only half the price a CD usually costs here in Switzerland, and it's signed

it only costs me $12CAD so cheap for a deluxe CD, with no shipping and signed if I go to HMV store, it would be like $15, and $6 for travelling cost, and no signed photo

This is the cardboard signed picture you get when you order the album from that Swedish store. I love the fact that she wrote more than just her name.
It is the perfect size, like the booklet, so I put i in front of the booklet.
