Guys, someone told me that her albums can't be available on streaming services since they are not available for purchase in the US. If she was with an indie label, she might have been able to put them for streaming. But i don't think she can now.
Dream (Diddy's first group) were on Universal/Bad Boy and their second album was shelved in 2003, but it was put up on iTunes in 2005 and 2008. They were dropped in 2003 and it was put up on iTunes later. Maybe there was demand and the label thought they make some profit? It doesn't cost much to put songs up, right?

I don't know. But i doubt Interscope would just let her release Killer Love on iTunes.
I don't know if this will work. If she can't put her music on streaming services without being officially released on iTunes, then there's no point of tweeting them about it
I guess we can only try and do the one for her mixtape

I guess, but a mixtape is a free download available on random websites. It's not something that would be available to people unless they're interested in going out of their way to find it and download it. I've been making a big deal about streaming because a lot of people discover new songs on Pandora and Spotify (and even video games like Just Dance and workout stuff like Zumba). Nicole's songs would easily come up on Pandora if someone else listened to PCD, Britney, Rihanna, Beyonce, Christina, etc.

I know, it really sucks.
Nicole should find a way and sue Interscope and get all of her material back and just put them on iTunes by herself or have them 'leak'

How do we even know Intercope is the issue? For all we know, Nicole and her team might be the issue because they're not pushing for it. If she's able to suggest a mixtape of unreleased material, I'm guessing she has rights to old songs.
Reiterating what I said above, so many smaller artists full fan bases through streaming. Nicole, on the other hand, is known as the forever shelved, failed solo career because she doesn't even bother to put the album up online. Let it flop. K. Michelle flops too and she has albums out, right?

I completely agree. There's literally no harm in just putting the albums for anyone to buy. It's not like she should expect the sales. It's just for her fans to be able to buy her songs/albums officially.
I don't know how i came around these, but i had COMPLETELY forgotten about these
If streaming is the issue, she could easily upload her unreleased stuff on soundcloud. I really think she doesn't want to do it.
When DIgitalspy asked her about Boomerang album, do you guys remember what she said? "I don't want to confuse people. You have to be in the moment, and we're going with the sound that is right now - fresh and new to us."
Right now she is focusing on the new album. So this "I don't want to confuse people" talk remains.

Exactly. She's always "confused." That's why she keeps going back into the studio to "perfect" her work and never actually releases them. Then the window of opportunity is gone. Now she's a punch line on pop music forums and blogs about her albums getting shelved when she shelves them herself.
I doubt streaming is a big legal issue. I think the issue is her.

And her manager doesn't even try to help. I mean, they know how the UK works, she could've used this unreleased stuff as B-sides for her singles. Pretty would've been a great boost for On The Rocks sales. But no, she thinks her material has some kind of expiration date.
If she wanted to, we would have all these songs already (officially or not).

Btw guys, if you're missing Melissa, lemme update you:
She's now with Claudia Leitte, a brazillian singer who signed with Roc Nation. And the damn woman made Claudia release a SPANISH single for the US public (we speak portuguese btw, so it makes absolutely no sense). hahaahhahaha
I think Nicole is better without her - even tho Ollie doesn't seem to be that smart either

No wonder Nicole finally seems to know what she wants to do musically. Melissa must have been the WORST influence to have over you.

I think the problem is that she chooses people that serve her, if you get me. I mean Jeff Haddad was awful, but he and robin pushed Nicole and PCD to the fullest. We got so many music during the DD era etc.
Nicole really needs people around her that support her, but also guide her and push her. Nicole is more driven for the " art", but has no sense of business for what I can speculate from the last YEARS.
I have said this a thousand times already but I really am curious how her contracts look for her time at Interscope and later Sony. The fact she was with Interscope for years, with her shelving various albums and shelving material probably worth of various albums. No normal commercial record label would invest in that for years, no matter how talented she is. I either would have dropped her already, or put the strings very tight and let her be a " puppet" act for atleast 3 albums.
I also really agree about those B-sides, they should have been released since KL
01. Poison - Supervillian
02. Don't Hold Your Breath - Cold (since it didn't went on the album, should have though)
etc.
Exactly. Management is there to push and give you direction. Nicole works hard in the studio, but is not business savvy at all.

Well, a Portuguese single isn't going to work in the US. We have Spanish-language radio stations and a market, not Portuguese. Why doesn't Claudia release a Portuguese-language single in Brazil and Portugal and a Spanish version for the rest of Latin America and Spain? I guess Melissa didn't think of expanding her across to Latin America before trying the US and Canada?
It's really weird because I live just 3 hours from the US border. In Canada we got all of the "Killer Love" and "Big Fat Lie" singles, but for some stupid reason they never released Killer Love. We did get Big Fat Lie though, and I wasn't even aware of it, I was only aware of Your Love (which I bought because I was thirsty for Nicole to get a hit...) I just checked the release date and it says we got it at the same time as Europe, which makes sense since we usually get both US and European releases.
Her performance of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" was even better. She was so expressive.
We should tweet someone to write a Buzzfeed article about her voice being so underrated and using these videos along with the David Garrett song as evidence.
