It is a bit scary me there's been so little promo so far, but as Troy said they're trying to make this somewhat of a steady seller, so that's okay as long as they manage to I guess
The opening numbers kinda look better when you take into account her last performance in the US was in early September. Like, I've never seen anyone not having promo scheduled for the release days.
First, they need to make the most out of DWUW which could turn into a way bigger hit than Applause. After it, Gypsy seems like the obvious choice (with Grammy performance possibly) and then she has G.U.Y., Sexxx Dreams and even Fashion! and MANiCURE which could do well with the right promo but only if she manage to build some momentum with the previous singles.
