Do we really have cliques? I don't think we have cliques. At least, it's been quite a long time since I felt the mod cliques in action - everyone seems to have individual viewpoints and interests and equal authority and pull to me, or at least I personally afford them that much. But then, I'm also old in mod years now (which, by the way, after being the newest or second newest for a very long time, feels ****ing weird - I'm to you what Katie was to me when I started, and she's like my mod mom!).
Take Cupid and I for example; obviously friendly, but even we get into it and bitch at each other (sometimes in Twitter DMs

) here and there. I get immeasurably pissed at colleagues, they probably get pissed at me, and yet we also all respect each other greatly and recognize what each person brings to the team. And then when it's all said and done Cupid and I have a cackle or two in DMs or Squad.
I think we're a good team, you'll learn to love it!
(and hopefully this gives all the public members reading this convo some insight into Squad and proves we're human or something)
