Britney is the #1 overall artist of the last 20 years and it doesn't matter if "Hurt has stood the test of time" better than Gimme More because Gimme More is not even Britney's most iconic hit.
Britney has a wide catalog of hits and she doesn't depend on one ballad to define her legacy.
More pressing question would be why would anyone discuss Britney and Legend X when one is brain dead for 6 years now while the other was the first to release a retirement letter from pop stardom followed by a DIYS video for a hit that never will be.
But, still, for a Top 5 radio hit, it should of scanned more than 2M.
