theres a lot of hints about the quarter hour so i think theres a certain time you have to dial it at.
yup I Imagine Grodner and friends don't want a lot of people to find the room. I think they will find a way to give the true winner the room without a crowd. Which ultimately means the room will probably be disabled for a bit until people try speriodically or get a tip
