It used to be great years ago. And the reason it is so heavily moderated and strict is because Kelly and her band have all confirmed that they log on and read it from time to time. This was years back so lord knows if they bother still since it's a ghost town.. but Jason would respond to fans there. Luke went on it and talked with fans and we all know the mess that caused. Kelly dedicated My December to the founder of the KCE when she passed away. Obviously they don't want Kelly reading the kinds of things we say here. And lord help ha if she comes on to ATRL
Well I was just basically myself lol. A moderator there called Squintgirl or something hated me. I asked if her name was a typo and if she actually wanted to write squirtgirl. And that I saw Kelly's face on a magazine some ****star was masturbating on.

There's this one member on KCE her/his username was varlums. She/he was like N&S always so pleasant and knows everything. But everybody nice was just gone when I came back. During its prime tho it was nice because you discover so much of Kelly. Thankfully I discovered ATRL and this base has a happier, lighter feel.
People on the net drag that pic so much. Kelly doesn't look that bad without makeup, that's just a really bad pic. Pretty sure she was jet lagged coming back from the UK when that was taken, along with the signature smile.
