yep, it's ridiculous. the fact the physical sales were so high but the airplay was pretty much non-existent  i believe 'nothing fails' and 'miles away' are the only two songs to go #1 on the physical sales chart without charting on the hot 100

Her music is miles better than Mooriah's + Elvis didn't write or produce his own songs so even in that Madonna wins, who cares about #1s

I'm still bitter that the best track on AL, Nothing Fails, never got a music video and thus flopped as a sing.

you guys, I'm really starting to believe that "Devil Pray" is Madonna's secret #1 single of this decade if Madonna tries to promote it and release it as a serious single! The lyrics are quick to remember, the audio is super catchy, and it fits perfect with today's music of Taylor Swift, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, etc.! It's a very nice song and I sent it to people who don't care about Madge's music anymore, and they really like it, one of my friends even bought it on iTunes! I think it has a chance! But I doubt Madonna will try to promote it or send it to radio stations. At least she should experiment by singing it on Kimmel, Ellen or whatever

That's not even a secret. It was #1 all over Europe on iTunes when it came out - it should have been a single on the spot.
