People tend to see failure to sell out as failure to accurately gauge one's popularity or importance. I'm not in total agreement, but that's how it's perceived. Plus, failure to sell out is also then immediately compared to rival artists who do sell all their tickets.

Yeah, he's a bit of a scrub. But there's just this connection I don't quite understand. He's cute (except when he smiles, it looks like a damn creepypasta meme), but there's just this really weird chemistry. Like I'm a damn prude when it comes to everything, but like we ended up making out in the backseat of my car last Friday and it was amazing. It's just weird that he can make me comfortable like that when no guy I've went out with has been able to.

He said he got tested last month, but I have no receipts and it just is sketchy. He was like "Why tf would I lie to you when I can go to jail for lying to you? I have everything to lose here". He's like "We always use a condom as well, so you'll be fine". But it doesn't put me at ease AT ALL. Like anytime I do imagine sex with him, all I think about is all the other guys he's pile drove and it freaks me out. I didn't plan on it lasting much more than the summer anyway because I'm going away for college, but I do really like him and idk what to do. I'm sorry, I don't mean to overstep my bounds so if I do you can simply shut me up, but this part is particularly concerning to me. Are you really sure you want to do this at all, let alone get him tested? I know you're going to be going off to college soon (though I don't know where - do you know yet?), and if you're expressing concern over sexual contact at all I can't help but think maybe you should wait and figure out what you want.
