Oh. Wouldn't expect any less from them.
I'm just pleased that Gaga is now part of only FIVE women ever to do 1,000,000+ first week. Don't bother with the silly signatures, it makes us look petty, just be proud of Gaga. Haters gon' hate, as they say.

Lady Gaga's little monsters were out in full force this week, pushing her new effort straight to the top of Canadian charts -- and with scary numbers.
The 25-year-old superstar's second studio album "Born This Way" shot to No. 1, selling a whopping 81,000 copies in its first week, according to Neilsen SoundScan data.
The figures make "Born This Way" the best debut of 2011, and it clocked the best first week numbers since Taylor Swift's "Speak Now," which started on top with 62,000 back in November of last year.
It easily surpassed sales of her first album "The Fame," which landed at No. 8 back in August 2008 with 6,900.

Which brings the total from US, UK, Germany, Japan, France and Canada to ~1,750,000.
My prediction was 1.7-2.2M. It appears as if I was correct.
