I saw this tweet... don't know where they got this info from though? But I do know this girl is from Brazil and she's a huge KC fan and posts at KCE.

It would be cool if Kelly toured South America for the first time ever. Doesn't Demi have a huge fan following in South America? Maybe they could do a small South American tour together? I remember someone saying Kelly doesn't go to South America because they don't have the funds and don't offer her the amount she'd need to tour over there. I think with these two girls on the same bill, it'd be a hot ticket down there!
