That said, are the Barbz really going to pretend as though barely scratching 200,000 album sales after four pre-album singles, a viral smash, and almost a full year of promotion is a number to be proud of? I mean, I have nothing against Nicki and I wish her the best, but it's not an impressive debut week (though it's admittedly better than was projected).

Now see the issue with this post is that according to ATRL
1) Pills N Potions flopped
2) Bang Bang is forgotten and a flop
3) Anaconda is just a viral youtube video and a flop
4) Bed of Lies flopped
So I'm confused as to how all these flops would help a R&B/Rap leaning album sell upwards 200k in the sales climate we're in now with no hit single going into the release.
201k for anyone these days is good when most major acts are struggling to even crack 100k.
Stop doing so much on Nicki when her numbers are just fine for the positives and negatives that happened from the top of 2014 to the album release. I could make a case that she shouldn't have sold over 150k given her album not being on shelves the full week, numerous low shipments, various copies of the album being a mess and missing songs and not having full songs, among other things.
Let's just

and keep it cute. All the extras to belittle 201k is desperate.
