For the OGHs perched in here, let me state on behalf on the logical monsters that we are not expecting huge sales for this album. Due to the lack of promo, for Gaga's standards, this will be first selling purely off of her name. Personally, I feel once promo starts, the sales will stabilize and be consistent but not amazing.

But when a certain a pop girl dropped her album ~10 hours after her lead single and didn't promote at all during release week (for the first time in her career), she got dragged by a certain fanbase for selling 120k+ digital copies first week. And this happened after a million copies of that album was given for free. Hmmmm

It started with that insane Born This Way review by Tiny Mix Tapes but it's still happening today evidenced by that NYT review.

Little monsters are right, there are too many OGH's

I'm thinking about how my fave would react to over-kill reviews of her character instead of the music, she'd probably go crazy

Personally I'd give it a 65. It has one or two really strong songs: Million Reason and Come to Mama (which is absolutely flawless) but the rest just doesn't take off and seems extremely raw and unfinished (she might've been going for this but it still doesn't make it sound good). I actually only like the 2 songs I listed but can also tolerate the title track Joanne.
