I think that "3" proved that she is a really huge artist now and that she can sell just on her name.
But imagine how huge it could have been if she actually promoted it!
Promo is never a bad thing and she really got back in the shape since the "Circus" performances began and I think this era could be huge with more promo: performances, interviews, TV appearances, more magazine covers etc.
