But that melody, and the way she sings it (no additional adlibs or bg vocals)...seems geared to be crossover/Pop audience. I can't really see 106 & Park audience getting into it. But we can agree to disagree. And we'll see how it plays out. lol.

"Feels Like Vegas", "How Many Times", "All Hands On Deck" would have been better. Hell, ANYTHING from the album would have been better.

I can't at people saying the interludes aren't needed, idk how they listened to the album but if they went from track 1 - 18 they'd understand that the interludes bridge the gap between certain tracks and makes the overall album cohesive

With that being said I hope Tinashe recorded full tracks of the interludes and puts them out some day

Unfortunately 'Pretend' probably isnt gunna do so well so they need to switch that up but not just give up on the album and keep it pushing. i do think she needs to probably open for somebody and then build a fanbase cuz i feel like her hype really started in the summer and the album followed so y'all need to give it time. Not everybody's first albums BLOW up like that!

2On isn't a song that will push albums when the artist is a new artist. However, I disagree with you about Pretend. 2On is still riding high so for a new artist there is almost no way Pretend is going to get any attention at all with the first record still building up. I would consider a EDM mix of Pretend for Pop Radio though. Then move on to Cold Sweat the album highlight.

I completely agree. The interludes really help with the flow of the album.

2 On is one of the best songs on the album despite it being "commercial friendly" or whatever. It was an excellent first single that introduced her to Rhythmic and Urban radio. The problem is that after it peaked, they didn't send a new single right away and they didn't keep her name out there. I think Feels Like Vegas is a great option because it's catchy but still shows a "different" side to her. Feels Like Vegas, a remix of How Many Times, and All Hands On Deck seem like obvious single choices to me. How Many Times is good as is but I think if they made the beat hit harder it would work even better for her urban audiences.
