Yes there is. First of all, Brown was hit only 6 times, one on the thumb while trying to get the gun. Brown was trying to use deadly force by trying to get the officer's gun. Put yourself in that situation, unless you're some jiu-jitsu freaking master that can take away a gun from someone with three fingers, you have to defend yourself with deadly force against someone who is attempting to use deadly force on you.

But of course everyone loves thinking they're a victim and that I'm supporting racism. **** no. I'm supporting the end of racism. Ferguson does not represent all black people. I'm speaking about Ferguson, no one else. But why the **** would they try to fight such an evil stereotype by living up to it??? They are giving people and cops more justification for their racism. When people look at Ferguson on tv they will think "Well maybe there is a truth to the black people are violent and dangerous stereotype because look at what they're doing on tv." and that's the consequence for Ferguson being ****ing stupid and causing this riot. All races have the potential to act this way especially if given the situational context of black people, that's not the point. The point is we can't fight a negative stereotype by performing that negative stereotype. Don't support Ferguson because they're making it hard for every black person who doesnt live up to the stereotype which is the majority.

Yes Brown was disrespecting, but this 'baseless anger' stems from people who are innocent, who don't commit crimes, still being subject to being vilified. There shouldn't be a problem if you are innocent. But if you are innocent, you shouldn't be singled out by police to begin with. This 'baseless anger' stems from the FACT that still in 2014 one is more likely to be singled out because of the color of their skin. You can deny that all you want, you'll just look like an idiot doing so. This is the USA. That is reality. It doesn't need to be made up. Unless you're not from the USA, you really have no excuse for not knowing this. The shooting in South Carolina in an example. Hell, I had a gun pulled on me just for asking an officer a question.

The only people who are embarrassing are the pricks with zero empathy and no regard for people's pain. No one said the cop is racist. We're talking about a system of laws that privileges one person over another. In this instance, law enforcement. No one is concerned about why Darren Wilson's statement hasn't been challenged in any meaningful way even though he had a long ass time to prepare a statement. Apparently we just have to believe what he says because it matches the physical evidence found at the scene, even though he could've easily produced a statement that corresponds to the physical evidence found at the scene after the fact. Even though there are numerous eyewitness statements to the contrary. No yall want to believe that the law is final, and that the law would never favor the law enforcement over a vulnerable, dead, civilian. Bask in your delusion though where the law is always just, and everything is bright and sunny and moral, and no one is allowed to get mad at a botched investigation.

None at all. And that was what was presented to the grand jury. No one even really tried to deconstruct his statement to find holes in his testimony. The prosecutor pretty much asked him softball, easy questions and just went from there. Thats a MAJOR problem I have with this situation.
