Brit's management isn't dumb enough to release Radar as a single. They fulfilled their obligation to Bloodshy & Avant by even including it on Circus, so there is no other reason to deal with the song at all at this point. It would have made a killer single during the Blackout era though.

There was a deal with B & A ... release 'Radar' as a single and its video DURING 'BLCKT' era. The video for 'Radar' would be the continuation of 'Break The Ice', animated video, of course.

But with all the bad reception with BTI video, they decided not to do video for 'Radar'. So that's why 'Radar' is on 'Circus', just for that deal with B & A.

But, wasn't Radar released as a RADIO single only? Why release it AGAIN?
