The only realistic things I could see doing damage is audio/video/written evidence of her a) being homophobic, b) mocking her fanbase, or c) admitting it's all an act. None of which I find likely, and I doubt she'd be stupid enough to say any of it on record...so he'd need to do it without her knowledge, which in turn would mean he'd have had to be plotting her demise whilst they were still friends. Unlikely.
Regardless, she'll still be Lady Gaga at the end of the day and he'll be nothing.
