If she were to do it, her popularity would sky rocket. However, do to the many tour commitments and the fact The X-Factor takes up so much time, I really don't think she will. Especially since she mentions announcing tour dates for the Autumn etc. Besides it's just tabloid ********, virtually everyone has been named as Kelly Rowland's replacement.

However, if he were to offer Marina the chance to sing on a live show, that I'd love and she'd be dumb to turn down

I don't think she's exactly said something like this. I think I remember her saying something about how she doesn't follow X-Factor or whatever, but would jump at a chance to perform there (obviously though, idk who wouldn't).

Yeah the X Factor takes up a lot of time which I don't think she'd have this year. I could see her having time for a few 'guest judge' slots for whatever reason the judge that is decided upon can't turn up or something. Either that or a performance like you said.

It is the Daily Fail we're talking about, the newspaper that always claims a new cause of cancer every week or so as well...unless Simon himself says something I am not getting my hopes up tbh.

If by some surprising turn of events she does end up doing it she would be so amazing.

I think it's another interlude-y thing like The Archetypes. I imagine it'll come before Power and Control to introduce the Su-Barbie-A archetype and then Power & Control will show it even more, or something along those lines.
