The reason I doubt it is because if it was going to #1 it would be doing on iTunes like Me, Myself & I, Stressed Out, Love Yourself, My House, or even Work. I think those are the songs that are number-one contenders for the next few months. They were all selling more with far less airplay.
I know it's Adele, but if you look back on this forum a few years back you'll see threads where everyone was saying Rumour Has It would definitely go #1 and I was the only one saying it wouldn't (back then my reasoning was because it was released in most of Europe before the US and didn't do that well in any country). I turned out to be right, and I think I'll be right again, I think WWWY will be peaking in the #2-5 region. Nothing to have a melt-down about.
To be honest, I did doubt her about Hello debuting at #1.
