I didn't find they did. There's that initial moment when people first get in and try to get their spot and then kind of when Beyonce comes over and reaches out to touch fans but overall my experience was people were good and made sure everyone got a chance to touch Beyonce.

And that picture makes it look worse than it is, the thing at the back is the mixer, not the bey stage so all those people are already behind the bey stage. and that line on the floor is probably the max capacity line for health and safety. Just wait for a better angle
