I'm pretty sure over 90% of the fans on twitter are only fans because of their looks and their album was just a bonus.
If they all looked like the irish one then we'd barely see any fans.

I mean I know they have fans and everything and it's a good thing obviously but I'm not lying when I say that a lot of the people on twitter were jumping on the bandwagon as 1D stans. Just like Lana Del Ray. Everyone suddenly became a fan because other people were doing it.
