I totally agree with the bolded part, the verses are why I don't like Timebomb
Got Love would probably be the strongest single choice.
See I love how she sings off the beat because it's like she has to cram as much as she can into the verse before it explodes into that massive euphoric chorus. It's just like a timebomb, she has a certain amount of time before it blows up. I love the concept and the way it feels so frantic before the chorus. I'd love to see it smash.
But Talking Gody is still slaying my expectations. I keep hearing more people talk about it, sing it, and play it. It's wonderful.
Z100 is starting to play it less and less. It was at like 6-8 plays every day last week.
Now it's 2-3 a day, which is decent, however today they've only played it once so far!!
Better news though. 92.3 (chr) and 102.7 (hot ac), which are 2 HUGE stations are playing it so much!!!!
92.3 has played it 7 times so far today, and 102.7 has played it 8 times today!!
ALSO, without the instant grat/new releases/country-affected songs on iTunes, it's around #14-16!!!!
