LOL... no. Rita Ora was #1 around 16:00.
Anyway, it is not a record, One Direction were number 1 around 8:00 or 9:00 a.m
FFTL was still selling more though, because she was catching up Alexandra who sold around 190,000 copies that week with Bad Boys which means she needed more time to arrive at #1 on iTunes... she achieved it around 13:00.
this hasn't broken any records for getting to #1 the fastest but that doesn't matter, i think everyone expected this to smash and her album will probably do exactly the same
Is there any way of knowing how many copies she's sold so far?
A site called digitalsalesdata used to be able to track iTunes sales within a 24 hour period, but Apple changed the system that the site used to gather the data. So now, it's almost impossible to track any amount of sales without them being publicised.
