As if that were an impediment to make millions on tours. This is not her last one. She signed a contract with Live Nation for 3 tours in 2007 (Sticky, MDNA and another one) but she's obviously doing more since she also signed for 3 studio albums this year (including MDNA).
And how many pop acts can keep up with dancing and singing at the same time anyway? probably only Beyoncé.
