No. I think digital markets are more influential on airplay than airplay is on digital markets
It makes sense: naturally people would want to hear songs on the radio they are willing to pay for. Of course, there's never a 100% garauntee. The Time is a relatively big digital hit but the airplay doesn't reflect that. There are many other examples but that song is a perfect one.
