They do shipments, so this albums sales seem to be greatly over exaggerated by these fan sites (Mediatraffic/Musiccharts).
I think 5 million is the max for this album. Did it really sell 4 million copies outside the USA? She's not big in Asia or South America, so it's really just Europe and Australia.
