As we discussed on YGOPro earlier, we'll play different tournaments, so the legacy of the game can hit us on each of its evolutionary lines, so now prepare your decks and strategies for the First Tier:
RITUAL TIER
The rules for the tournament are as follows:
1.- You're not allowed to use and Extra Deck-
2.- The only Kind of Monsters you can use in this Tier are: Normal Monsters, Effect Monsters and Ritual Monsters.
3.- The only Effect Monsters' Categories you cannot use is "Gemini Monsters". (You can use "Flip", "Toon", "Spirit", "Tuner" and "Union").
4.- We will play with the last OCG Banlist, 2014.4.1 BUT all banned cards in that list will become "Limited" in our tournaments, so we can use 1 copy of each banned card.
5.- The rules of the game are the normal rules (I'm talking about the New rules of course).
6.- Each one of the duels will be Matches, so prepare your Side Deck as well!
OMG YAS at the banned cards rule! Obviously a double-edge sword though.
Mess at the Tuner rule though.
Why would you use Tuners if not Synchros allowed tho.

Some tuners have effects that have nothing to do with Synchro summoning tho, I'm js. But whatever it ain't that big of a deal.
