That's different. It was an Oscar bait movie (legs) platformed in December (legs), so older white people who'd never watch a black comedy like Think Like a Man were more receptive to it. Still, I remember being surprised that it didn't finish with a higher total given the release date, awards buzz, reviews and scorching first few weeks.
